TransMerit Merchant Services Keith OlmoGeorge Csahiouni TransMerit Merchant Services committed fraud!!! Los Angeles California

I have had a horrible experience with this company and I am now having to pursue litigation to get back the money that was SCAMMED from me.

A representative from TransMerit Merchant Services dropped by our offices unannounced on a cold call. We decided him hear out when he said he could save us money on our merchant services. At the time I did not think to ask for a business card. His whole pitch sounded nice and we said we would consider changing to their merchant services. He asked me to fill a “pre-approval” application and said that he would hold on to it until he got the go ahead from me to process it. I thought that sounded fair at the time.

About 4 days go by and we are sent equipment that we did not ask for or want. Then about a week after that we were being billed by the lease company. And to add insult to injury, the costs are NOTHING like the rep said it would be. It was nearly 3 times more what he quoted and way more than we were paying our original merchant services.

I thought the whole thing might have just been a simple misunderstanding so I called the company. I spoke to Keith Olmo and he claims that I agreed to use their services which is totally false. I then tried to talk to other guy George something and he told me screw myself!

This has been my experience:

1. They fraudulently signed our names to an agreement.

2. They billed us for a service we did not ask for.

3. They have charged way more than they said would if we had signed up.

4. They tell me screw off when I wanted my money back.

I will be seeing both of these jokers in court!

DO NOT USE TRANSMERIT MERCHANT SERVICES! THE ARE FRAUDS!!!!
