Transmission Parts Distribution Inc. Jeff Madison & Staff Terrible Costumer Service, Failed to meet expectations of mine and their own Saginaw Michigan

I would give this company zero stars if I had the option too. The owner apparently Jeff Madison is the rudest business ownerI have ever met.

I ordered a transmission about 4 weeks ago now. No one from this company has contacted me once regarding my order in 4 weeks! I've had to call them every week to check the status and every week they tell me the same thing the transmission isn't testing out but they're getting a new one shipped and it will ship out the following week.

So on my 4th time calling I've finally had enough. So I complained and told the owner the issue and asked if there is anything he can do to make this better.

He basically is yelling at me on the phone and in quote "why would I ship it to you faster or give you a price break" In the rudest way possible. Umm I don't know maybe because I've been waiting for 4 weeks and you've failed to meet my customer expectations and what you said you would do for me.

Needless to say I will NEVER buy anything from them!!
