TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGIES KEVIN KARAWAT WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS NOR HELP WITH WARRANTY. TRUCK NEVER LEFT THE SHOP REESE Michigan

We bought a complete transmission off of Kevin back in February of 2014. After weeks of the transmission not arriving we started calling every day, multiple times a day, leaving messages calling from different phone numbers and everything. He finally called back and said Trans will ship in the next 2 days... 2 days turn into almost 20 days and still no transmission. After calling and calling and calling and calling (if you get the point we contentiously called) he finally called back and said it shipped and gave us a tracking number. Got the transmission out of the box and was the wrong transmission... Called Kevin back and told him the wrong transmission was shipped and said he was sorry he would send the correct one to just send him the wrong one back. After weeks and weeks again we got the transmission and shipped him back the wrong transmission. Took the "NEW" transmission he sent us and put it in the vehicle. Did not even leave the SHOP. The transmission starts out in 2nd gear and has no overdrive. Called Kevin about this and would not call us back. We paid him for everything right away and he does not have the decency to call a paying customer back. Any time he does call he always has 100 excuses why he cant answer his phone. Our opinion is every call he gets is a complaint because he is nothing but a liar and apparently if you look on any post his transmissions are JUNK. They are a sad excuses for a transmission shop and a very sad excuse for a Business. Would not let these people work or sell me anything. Do not ever do any business with Transmission Technologies nor Kevin.
