I ordered a rebuilt transmission in early December 2013. It is now January 28, 2014 and I still have not received it. First, they blamed their delay on a converter, they got the wrong one. Then they said it was in and they would express the tranny to me.  Bay City Michigan

Then, they said the torque converter was on back order and blamed the holiday schedule. On December 30, 2013 they said it was there and ready to go. On December 31, 2013, they said I would have the tranny by Thursday or Friday, January 2 2014. Next they said it was delayed because of bad weather, and that Fedex is not on the road. Over the course of my dealings with this company, I spoke with two different people, Jeff the owner and Steve, the side kick. They gave me a tracking number which they said was for the trucking company Conway, not Fedex. I checked and there was no such tracking number.

HERE IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING: Their next excuse for the delay was that they sent it to the wrong address so they had to wait until it was sent back. One week passed and no transmission. Then on January, 8, 2014, Jeff said I would get the tracking number . On January 13, they said I would get the tranny soon and that they are very busy. Finally, they said they would re-build another transmission. It is now JANUARY 28, 2014 and I still haven't received the tranny. They will not answer the phone or return my phone calls when I get thru to the answering machine. Every so often Jeff answers the phone and says he'd call me right back. He doesn't call. I have texted them on several occasions but only receive the lies and untruths I've been listening to for the past two months. SO, stay away from these morons if you want a transmission, they are full of s*** and a bunch of liars.
