A VICTIM as well - We should join forces and stop these Professional Theives. My story is the same as all of yours. I filed a report with the District Attorney in my State. Search the Federal Trade Commissions for the report. You too will be blown away.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
FTC role in Transnet Wireless Case
AUTHOR: Tony - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, October 13, 2005
To all;
The FTC contact on this case is Harold Kirtz, his direct line is 404-656-1357. He is the person who contacted us earlier this year regarding the promises that Nationwide Cybersystems made concerning the income potentials, etc. The filing of the case froze all assets of the companies until the case is heard in District Court, you can see the documents on the FTC website, or else enter a search under "Farris Pemberton" and the link to the report pops right up. Our 5 machines are still sitting in our garage, and we were told that we had a very good chance of getting back all of our money plus additional for punitives. As I said in my earlier report, filing a class action suit puts you in line behind the FTC, all victims are taken care of first by them, then whatever is left over, if anything, will be determined in Civil Court cases, not a federal court. The people who report that they are preparing these suits have been stating this for well over a year now. Of course, the next step will probably be Transnet filing some sort of bankruptcy, but only if they are successful in defending themselves, which is doubtful. The commission voted 4-0 in favor of filing the case, so it is felt that the evidence is fairly strong.
