Transwest Truck Trailer / Truck Repair Brighton Colorado

 I took my 2013 Freightliner to Transwest in Brighton Colorado for DEF issue. Several issues are combine in here to illustrate the shoddy work they do. 1. Intially they got the truck mixed up with another individuals truck. RIght truck wrong name. Then they lost my truck said it was sent out for a dyno. Instead the truck was there and ready. 2. They only performed a manual Regan citing it's " repaired" 3. After driving as far as Lubbock Texas the check engine light came on again. Same codes and issue. I deadheaded back to Denver they again performed a regen. When I inquired as to why and the underlining issue as to why it continued to require a manual regen. They responded " do not know, we go through a check list and if the codes clear it's considered fixed" I provided them with the following analogy, I asked if I go to a doctor complaining of a fever and all I get is a pill, it only treating the symptom and not the cause such as an infection 4. I took it to them 3 times on the 4th time they NOW claim the whole DEF system is contaminated and now I have a 3200.00 Bill and since it was not handled properly the Platinum Warranty I had through Freedom Shield refused to pay because of " progressive damage" 5. I was behind on my truck payment and they attempted to keep my truck from me. They decided to insert themselves in a civil matter. After I advised them they had no legal authority to sent me my truck back since they were Breaching the peace and no issue of replevin was on hand they finally released the truck. 6. Because I had to play nonsense with them, I lost my return load 7. I parked the truck and now only put 100 miles on the truck and that wonderful 3200.00 shoddy repair job I paid for has again resurfaced same issue and codes. This does not include cost for the other 3 attempts by this company to fix. I have now surrendered the truck back to the bank along with the same break down issue.
