Transworld Van Lines are RIP-OFF SCUM BAGS; UNDERQUOTED double CHARGED ME for move. Englewood, Colorado

Transworld Van Lines started out giving me a quote over the phone. They said that it would take 5-6 days to move me from LA to Chicago. They also said that all packing materials were included in our FALSE QUOTE and that they would only need 3 hours to pack. They, first of all, showed up 8 hours late!

Then, their so-called foreman said that I had much more stuff than he anticipated and that they would need much more cubic feet on their van. He quoted us an additional $500 to move. Then, they bring these tiny guys to move heavy furniture! They got so tired at the end that they were haphazardly packing my valuables.

After they are done, they tried charging us twice as much as the quote. I yelled and screamed at the total useless jerks, but they tried to tell me such lame sob story. At 3 AM, I just wanted them to leave, so I paid them 50% of the amount. When I arrived in Chicago, our stuff had not arrived on time! 5 DAYS LATER, the outsourced truckers (i.e. IRIN TRUCKING) brought our stuff over and demanded the other 50% payment and they wouldn't even show us our stuff.

I yelled and told him that I wanted to make sure that they had our stuff in tact, but he refused. So, I paid him only to have these two scrawny guys bring our stuff up to our apt. Several expensive items were ruined and broken! I have called them several times and they have not returned any of my phone calls. And, I had the comprehensive expensive insurance!!

TRANSWORLD VAN LINES IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!! They already have 70 (THAT'S RIGHT 70!) COMPLAINTS against them on the Better Business Bureau. Please do not use them because they are COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS!
