Trapcall TrapCall that's exactly what it is a trap to take your money Internet

 I made a huge mistake and was taken advantage of, me being harassed by a private phone number stalking and threatening me with hard. So I went online to see what I could do to unmask to block caller that was bothering me and I Came Upon a site called TrapCall. The name should have said it so I signed up for the $3.95 1 month to find out who the blocked caller was I put in my credit card information and it was paid. Step 2 I was giving two numbers starting with a astrik and a number to dial into my phone as I followed these steps to help unblocked the person who is calling me private I was informed did the code was invalid. I sent numerous emails with no response I called the customer service you can't speak to a live person so I was stuck at this point. So then I decided I was going to cancel the plan because it was starting to feel Shady then I was giving a three digit number 2 dial and that was also invalid. So my husband comes in the house and said you signed up for TrapCall I said yes to figure out who the caller was harassing me then he stated that TrapCall took a little over $47 out of my account and I have no response the TrapCall is not working or helping me at any point I need help and I'm frustrated is there anybody out there is that can help or have any ideas My email is Sashamontalvoma@gmail.com
