Travel Buy Owner / Travel by owner Scam, Rip off, Do not do business with this company Internet

2010 Oct contacted by Travel Buy Owners telling me they had a buyer for my timeshare. And that the sale would be complete in 90 days. I would be kept up to date on a weekly basis as to what was going on (That never happened.) When calling back in 90 days then it changed to 90 business days I think this is done so the timeframe to dispute the charges with your credit card company has past. I call back on March 14th,2011 that is when the closing should have been done.
I stated my position and asked for the earnest money the buyer had put down as per the agreement. I was told that if the buyer did not come threw and complete the sale they would forfeit the $2500.00 to me. 

But in speaking with Crystal at the 90 business day the paperwork was moving forward but the buyer had an IRS lien he was working to correct this so that the sale could be finalized. So in just a short time the sale should be final and the buyer had not backed out which means I was not intitled to the escrow money for the sale. 

They are good at letting you know how you have misunderstood when it fact it is their game to manipulate you as long as possible. I have asked Crystal what she did with her honesty and intergirty. They like to speak over you and tell you all the things that you are doing to offend them. I had requested my money back in May 2011 but Crystal did not make the request that takes 30 days so then in June I made the request again and now I called and I have been denided because it is past the time. Nothing they said was done or has been done to this date 7/28/2011
