Travel Center THERE IS NO RIP OFF HEAR Clarksburg Maryland

If you guys were not scamming poor individuals, why hasnt the company reimbursed, or provided the packages they you lie about. Any reputable company would do everything in their power to ensure customer satisfaction, which you guys dont do. This is very sad that, these scam artist has not been brought to justice, but i can assure you i have contacted the FBI to further investigate. I even have proof of the wireless phone you guys are using, and now you need an ext to get through. Please do not take this as i threat, I can ensure you,I will do everything in my power to stop you and your company from continuing to scam hard working individuals with your bogus travel packages.

If what you say is so why is it that the only people we (your customers) talk to is your company? You are so quick to recieve the money but the minute you receive it you are the nastiest people I know. By the 2nd call I started to get a very bad feeling your people were telling me I was not listening. It took you all until 3/9 to send me my activation fee paperwork when my check cleared on 2/9 so as far as I am concerned your company broke the contract. When I asked for my $850.00 dollar refund I was told you have no record of me, that is so funny I am reading the same story over and over again! One other thing customer service 1-800-861-7313 and 1-800-698-4130 your employees told me to contact refunds@firstselecttravel.com.. Sounds like if I were ever to get a refund it would come from your company..Please do respond I look forward to it @ rdrdclark@aol.com

The Bait & Switch SCAM continues: Yes, First Select Travel has chosen The Travel Center as the "fulfillment" Company. BUT, not for what the costumer was verbally promised ( talk is cheap) So, The Travel Center claims they don't know what the costumer has ordered but they fill the order for a different price and and not the verbally agreed vacation ussually.  Sometimes, the scam will have some variations.

I have read many of the reports here on the Rippoff Report concerning the Travel Center and wanted to post and say that my company and clients have only had positive experiences using the Travel Center. The Travel Center processes my clients travel, they have nothing to do with my company, Value Center, or how I distribute my certificates to my clients. It seems by all the reports I have read everyone thinks they are the same company. Here at the Value Center we make sure that EACH client understands what they are receiving, who's involved, and what the terms and conditions are for the certificate they receive. We have distributed hundreds of certificates and have had no complaints about the process or how they were treated by the Travel Center. I believe the complaints of scam and rip off are because people hear what they want to hear and don't bother to read the rules that apply. I would have no hesitation in using or recommending the Travel Center to other vacation program providers.

Here's the proof that we are not First Select Travel and the documents all of our clients are required to sign.

Please note consumers the address for First Select, The Travel Center and Fun TIme Vacation are the same address.  First Select uses a virtual office but the Better Business Bureau iluminates the same Clarksburg, MD.  These experience scam salesperson appear to know they pass the costumer through the loops with promised all inclusive vacations.  The end result is at a hotel less than the standards agreed upon, not an all inclusive, and huge fees that are not revealed.   All are taking advantage of the American Legal System.  In my situation, the all inclusive at the Marriot Hotel was not at the Marriott but at Reef Resort not an all inclusive.  Bottom Line  make your own travel arrangements directly to the venders.  The selling of "Whole sale" Vacation is a huge scam with false pricing and end service.  The Travel Center would never give a busines manager name;  placed blame on the other business  such as "they should have never quoted you a price"  This is their continued scam.
