TMI Travel overcharges clients on airline tickets by in house vendor system for credit card processing. Clients are used to ETKTS, so they do not see the actual fare charged by airline.
The agency was ordered to pay Alaska Airlines over 91k dollars in fines. Idaho State Attorney General issued a Consumer Protection Order, signed by the 4th Judicail Court in Boise, ID.
The agency is attempting to recreate itself by using different web names, all websites redirect to TravelMGMT.com, or TMITravel.net, or TravelFundraisers.com. The agency claims it assisted Habitat for Humanity on a fundraiser, Habitat Coeur d Alene ID Chapter confirmed NO fundraiser ever took place.
Idaho State Department of Labor, had a long list of former employees that have had to request assistance from this agency.

Rhonda Sand hired Private Detectives that appeared at my home 02MAR05, to interview me. They presented themsleves as "Washington State Criminal Investigators". Rhonda Sand, admitted to Alaska Airlines Senior Counsel this fact.
I have had email broke in into by TMI, personal email.
I had a Background check run on me; one year after I quit the Fraud Agency, the Background Company, Background Source International was advised by Priscilla Reynolds the screening was for "Pre-employment."
My personal PC that was used during my employment at TMI has been saved to allow Investigaotrs the opportunity to examine embedded software recording key strokes.
TMI travel is currently advertising for employees on Monster.com, my advise for any potential employees. RUN FAST.
