Travel Services U.S The company took my money, a total of $950.00. I have been trying for the past 2 years to get a refund and the company has refused. My daughter and I was supposed to go on a trip but she is in the military and she got deployed for 9 months and then i got sick. I tried to explain but each customer service Rep I spoke to told me that I would have to pay an additional 200.00. I refused to pay because the company already taken 950.00 of my money . Scottsdale Arizona

I have been trying for the past 3 years to get a refund in the amount of $950.00 from Travel Services U.S. The company has refused to return my money. My daughter is in the Military and she was deployed for 9 months and the following year I got sick when I tried to explained that I couldnt go as previous planned. I attempted to reschedule with a different date and I spoke to serval customers services Reps and was told i would have to pay an additional 200.00. I requested a refund and was told i could not get my money back from the company. This was poor business. The Cruise was supposed to be for 4 days.
The travel Service #is P176563 that i purchased and if someone could call me or return my money, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been trying to get my money for over 3 years now.
