This company was misrepresented by VIP Vacation Plan in Methuen, MA. We were not able to use the services for which we paid because, in fact, the services do not exist.
We were lead on, lied to, promised return phone calls which never happened. We have asked for our money to be returned.
We do not understand how this continues to happen! Where is the State of California in this? Why is it allowed to remain in practice when it's registration with Attorney General's Office expired in 2007?
