Received by me on 10-8-2013, via USPS a Delta Skyrewards voucher in the amount of $1,229.00, voucher dated September 27th, 2013 with an expiration date of October 15, 2013 as so stated in the body of the voucher letter.

Letter so states that the voucher is for 2 round trip airfares, anywhere in the continental US from any major international US airport. Certain restrictions may apply. Vacation Getaways and Cruises are available for a limited time. Also being stated, We have attempted contacting you on several occasions. This will be your last chance to respond. Voucher must be redeemed by October 15th, 2013. If you do not claim your award, it will be transferred to the alternate. This is a limited time offer and may be withdrawn at any time.
