Travelers Tax Group took money in full and said they would settle my taxes with the IRS and never did. They kept telling me that it takes time to work with the IRS. After awhile they stopped returning my phone calls. Then the phone numbers were disconnected. It has been 4 years now and I am in serious trouble with the IRS because of them. I just want my money back so I can pay the IRS with it.
