Traveloctiy Bait and switch San Antonio Virginia

After searching on the websight of Travelocity, my future wife and I found an "all inclusive hotel" located in Cancun. We then click on the icon to look and read of the hotel. After looking again at other "all inclusive hotels" we booked our honeymoon at the Omni Resort in Cancun, Mexico.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed that our reservation was not for an "all inclusive". The hotel had an agent inform us that this is a common problem for them for people who book through Travelocity. She even showed us the list of people who were considering a class action lawsuit. The agent asked if we wanted more information.

We called the number for complaints listed on our print-out of the confirmation. WE were told that we were misinformed and even though we thought we bought an "all inclusive" we did not. I then proceded to tell TED that the web sight showed it to be an all inclusive and we checked the box for said. He told me that there was nothing he could do for us.

When I mentioned the common problem and the lawsuits, he told me to hold on (for the fifth time) and he would talk to a supervisor. When he got back on the line, the phone mysteriously got disconnected.
