Travelodge la Mesa Worst hotel experience ever! La mesa, California

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!! There was a power outage when we stayed there... Granted not travelodges fault but the way they dealt with it... No call to tell us the power was out, no flash lights, no ac, no tv, no hot water, no breakfast, not even give our money back to go some where else! We were without power for over 12 hours!!! The front desk could of careless!! We even called the "owners" and they basically said it wasn't their fault and they would do nothing for us!!! I would of had no problem with the power outage because sh*t happens but how they dealt with it made me never want to stay here or any other travelodge again!!!

It's a Travelodge..
That is my only rebuttal.. Park Avenue Hilton service is not available at the Travelodge!!
Probably the hot water, A/C, phone did not work because of the power outage..
