I was calling for the Hampton inn on 800 number i ASSUMED and was lead to believe that I was talking with Hilton properties . i  tried to make a reservation at the Hotel that I requested and was told that the hotel was full and deverted to another hotel.

I was waiting for the email with confermation number and I never recieved one. So I started doing my research and found out that these guys ,what looks like they had made a reservation for me but doesnt list any details on my AMEX billing other than a phone number and this name .

I tried calling the number on the AMEX for this company and it is
impossible to reach a human.  Every option on the phone directory refers
you to the web site, hanging up on you after the statement is made.

Coincidently the message that the phone is answered with says "If
you are calling about charges made to your credit card that you have
questions about.......  then they refer you to there website to cancel reservations
but the website has no such place to click on for this service

But here is the Kicker they are Affiliated with expedia but expedia want even consider talking with you and says they can't refund a charge thru there affiliates. This the biggest scam and some one has to do something about this or there going to continue to do this to people.

I went to the website to find that this company is not based in the
US as my AMEX statement shows, but are based out of South Africa. 

I  contacted AMEX to refute charges and they basically said that since I gave these guys a my cc number that its not fraud.  This company has found a loop hold in the system and is taking advantage of people.
