After watching an infomercial for Instyler, they offered a 30 day trial for $14.99. And also if you bought one, they would throw in a free one..Their quote was
"Combined with the $14.99 trial offer, you get both InStylers to try for $14.99 for 30 days! Then if you love it, you keep BOTH InStylers for the regular price of one!
*LIMITED TIME OFFER! $14.99 Trial Offer is for two (2) InStylers for 30 days. After 30 days, do nothing and keep BOTH InStylers for just three monthly payments of $39.99. The second InStyler is FREE!! (plus S&P)
The product seemed cool, so I ordered, and expected to be billed $14.99+s/h. Well it has been three weeks,now..I havent received my product..AND MY CREDIT CARD was Charged for the full price of $161 and something cents! (Pending). So now, not only do I not have the instylers to try...but they have my card on hold. I called, and the man on the phone wasnt very helpful.
He put me on hold to talk to his supervisor, and when he returned, I said "Let me speak with your supervisor"..thats when he told me the supervisor was busy!!! Thats when I told him to cancel my order and release the funds off my card immediatly! He was very rude, and un-apologetic, very unprofessional.
You know I thought they had a good thing, but falsely advertising the fact that you can try it for 30 days...for $14.99. THEN after the 30 days, if you wish to keep it, you can make the three monthly payments of $39.99..THAT I WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH. NOT to have them charge the full amout to my card right away, when I havent even tried the product!! YOU NEED TO STAND BEHIND YOUR ADVERTISING!!

The day after I wrote this, both Instylers came in the mail. I called my credit card company, and told them that I would approve a payment of $14.99, (ONLY) since I had them deny payment if the full amount. We will see if this product is worth the $161 in the next 30 days, but I am still only gonna make 3 monthly payments of $39.99, like it says!
