I received unlisted call on my cell advising I was selected for grant from the US Treasury Dept that is only offered once to a max of 250 people in the US.  She gave me a phone number to call back to claim my $10,000 grant (that does not have to be paid back).  Thephone number is 360-967-4473 ext 545 Anthony Bowman who advised to go to Money Gram and call him for instructions to send $250 so they can transfer teh funds from one state to mind- this is the fee.  Then I need to go to Western Union so they can transfer me $10,250 a they will pay the fee.  He said he will then release the funds from the Federal Reserve bank for this grant.
