Mr. Mileage Dan Grime. You are a lier. I said nothing of the sort "it is not in my budget!" In fact, Mr. Grime, Mr. Cooper did NOT even give me a break down of the blinds; he just he mailed me a total! Never have I bought anything where each item is not broken down.Do you always just throw a figure out at people without tellingthem how you arrived at it? That's interesting.

Secondly, Mr. Grime, I am an educator who taught criminals with more morals then you! I was NEVER even given a written estimateof "cordless" blinds. PERIOD. I know I discussed them and believed I was getting them  they came to the door and you lied again and said "Oh, 3 out of 4 people do the same thing. They think they ordered cordless blinds! Right. YOUR RESPONSE should have been "DO YOU WANT US TO TAKE THEM BACK?" NO! You justforced me to take them as I really was in shock believing I had ordered cordless blinds!!!! You kept repeating "oh, they willlook really nice!!" Thirdly, Mr. Grime, Mr. Cooper said he measured commercial blindsetc. He MEASURED THE ARCH COMPLETELY WRONG! Your suggestion? PUT IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WALL! Oh, you are really professional. You are a joke. On the outside of the wall! Again, if I had ordered blinds with cords, why WOULD NOT Mr.Cooper tell me to get the cords that go around by the window notones that go over the sill??? HE IS SUPPOSE to have the knowledge! Reason? I did not get blinds with cords, Mr. Mileage Grime. 

Fourthly, Mr. Grime, from the time I ordered the blinds at the end of March it took to the end of May 2015 to get the things up. That's right. I called Norman blinds and they said 7 to 10 business days.

Fively, Mr. Grime, YOU ORDERED ANOTHER ARCH AND LIED AND SAID "i WILL TAKE OFF $100.00 FOR THE TROUBLE." THEN YOUscreamed at me in my home "I am putting it on your credit card"after you put the arch up that does NOT MATCH THE BLIND COLOR BELOW IT, WHICH YOU DECIDED TO PUT UP CORDLESS NOT ME!!!" WHY WOULD I WANT A CORDLESS BLIND UP WHEN ALL THE REST HAVE YOUR TACKY STRINGS THAT GO PAST MY WINDOW SILLS?"

Thank God my son was with me as you became very agressive.I know agressive people when I see them as I was an educator in a prison for years. 

I will now take this to legal action against you as my son was there and I was shaking from you! Never did I say shut the F up. I told you to get out as I was scared to death of you.

You are a damned lier. The neighbor was not even there or movedin when you put these up. They are friends with you and Coleman and they are now is flooding my home with her water. I will be taking her to court as well.She has caused over $2000 of water damage and my insurance company has documented that. Coleman recommended you and now they are listed in the BBB with reports against them!!!!!! Nice try, Mr. Mileage Grime with your friends! The attorney wrote them a letter, after seeing how my home was flooded by your friend to "cease and desist"the watering. Wells Fargo dispute has all the pictures and credited me as they can see you put different colors in my son's rooms, ALL blinds have huge gaps, my bedroom blinds fall at an angle and DO NOT STAY UP. THE BLINDS IN THE KITCHEN have gaps. MY house is wreckedfrom your blinds!!! Take them out !!!

again states "We are not satisfied till you are!!!" As you can see,

Caroline Hunziker you were offered cordless honeycombs. Your contract even stated CORDS and you signed to it. It’s not hidden or in small print. It’s on the first line under description and it’s even in BOLD and in TWO different areas!! Gary tried to “sale” you on the cordless option, as it’s an upgrade and costs more money and you said “NO, it wasn’t in your budget”. We have no idea what you are talking about “tab blinds”. Never heard of it.

Your credit card was ran for 70% down on April 6^th. On April 26^th it was ran for the other 30% after installation. Here you will notice it was 20 days from time of order and install. We can’t really “count” weekends so if you minus 4 days out of that it was two weeks not three. Another interesting fact is that you would think someone who is so upset about their blinds would not have paid the 30% after installation if they were so unhappy.  Yes, your arch came in wrong. It happens. We apologized and told you we were going to have it remade. You decided not to have the arch after all and to just have the blind go up until it started to curve in the window. That would require us to order a new blind for that window, which I (Dan, the owner) did for FREE of charge and CORDLESS to make you happy. We then took the cost of the arch off your proposal, $110.00.

About a month later you called us and said you wanted the arch after all. We ordered that for you on May 9^th. I told you that I would have to charge you for that arch because I took it off your original bill, you were fine with that. You then complained that the honeycomb “ROOM DARKENING” shades weren’t dark enough. Caroline Hunziker they are room darkening blinds not blackout shades. I told you that you would get some light in around the sides. The window was measured properly and standard manufacturing deductions were taken. We (Dan & Jamie) came over and look at it and Jamie made a comment about how perfectly close those shades fit in your window. We have the same shades and we have more light coming through ours then you. You were still upset about it so we offered light stops, they are called “light stops” Caroline, not sticks and you said NO. You then said you didn’t “like” the cords. We said we were sorry you were unhappy but that is the way you ordered them and even signed to it. As a salesman Gary makes more money selling the upgrades like cordless. Therefore if that was what you wanted to pay for, that is what you would have received.

Yes, I did make that comment about 3 out of 4 people make that mistake by not paying more for cordless upfront because they get un-happy with cords. Your continued comment of me saying “because they think they got tabs and did not” is untrue Caroline Hunziker. We, as a window covering industry don’t even say “tabs”. I have no clue again what you are talking about.

Yes, on top down bottom up blind the cords will hang down. Where else would they go if you didn’t order cordless? We even offered to install cord cleats so they would stay off the ground and guess what you said……NO again.

Dan, Brian and Cody were all witnesses to what happened. We never allowed anyone to go over to your house by themselves because of your strange behavior and aggression. In fact you screamed “I am not paying you that money, shut the hell up and get the F*** out of my house”. The neighbor even heard you and came out and said “don’t feel bad she does that to everyone”.

I am so unexplainably upset that you would say something as serious as I “bullied” you as a “senior citizen”! This is preciously why we would never allow anyone to go to your home alone. That is slander and I am now going to take action through the legal system on this. Let’s not forget Caroline, you are the one that still owes us money, which we basically threw our hands up and said it was not even worth trying to collect on because of your instability and throwing us out of your house.

I have been in business for over 11 years and never had ONE complaint. I am a veteran and everyone knows that I will do anything for anyone. I can get hundreds of character statements. Our business works with the top companies in the Treasure Valley and everyone has been completely satisfied. You Caroline Hunziker, are the only person I have even had an issue with. I am so dumbfounded at this situation because I have never experienced anything remotely close to this with a client. I also already have several character statements from other “contractors” you have worked with saying you did this exact same thing to them. You are not going to lie about me, Gary, my business and expect to keep your blinds for free. You even told us no one in Idaho does anything right and your moving back to California. Your house is now up for sale.   

Yes, I apologize for not being able to pay out of my own pocket to replace all the blinds you ordered with cords because you didn’t want to pay for the upgrades in the first place. Specialty shape window coverings take longer Caroline Hunziker, again something you were well aware of. Everything we order is custom made to fit to your windows, we have the invoices to prove that. Gary went over your options Caroline Hunziker and you knew that big window was going to be divided into three separate sections. You are being so straight forward with names why don’t you inform us what blind company said that? Were they able to help you?

Again, Caroline Hunziker, interesting you paid the 30% after installation with no issues. Interesting you ordered again through us a month later. Interesting that you found the personal cell phone number of our Norman Rep who stated he would not go out to your house because you harassed him and he finally had to block your number. He had already explained to you that everything was done correctly. Then you move on to your bank and try to dispute your credit card charge. Which we were made aware that you have “many” disputes on your account”, and I informed your bank that I believe that is called fraud. Now I find this type of slander on the internet regarding my business. Yet, you have never called me since you kicked me out of your house and refused to pay for the arch. Your pictures actually look great. The one that is slanted, try using both strings, it will go up straight then (nice try).
