I received call on Aug 13, 2011 at 12:00 pm on my cell phone. The phone number was 1-623-443-4520. The caller with a voice of an Indian man told me that I was rewarded 7,000 dollars because I filled my taxes on time and I did not commit debt within the past 3 months.  He appeared to be legitimate since he had my home address. Oh wait a sec, he probable got that info from from my college account or facebook. When he asked me for my bank account in order to deposit the money, I knew he was a filthy scamer. I asked him what branch of the government are you calling from. He claimed that he was calling from the "Treasury Grant Department" which does not even exist.  The money was very attractive, but he did not fool me. I think his poor English accent gave him away, phone number was unknown, and I heard bunch of people talking in the background. I told him to send me the papers on this matter, but he sternly said sure. He  probable was mad that he could not pay his rent for his beat down shack he lives in. Peace out.
