I was employed at Tree Care Plus, Inc. for a very short time. The company does not offer reimbursement for gas used for company jobs. Company does not offer Company Vehicles for Company Business. Company does not pay wages on time. This Company has been reported to the I.R.S. for Fraud, Maricopa Registrar of Contractors (complaint filed against license), Arizona Industrial Commission (judgment filed TJ-2009-001272). Liens have been placed on two (2) properties (2009-0095296).
This company owes me a total sum of $3,500.00 plus interest and other fee's. Tree Care Plus, Inc. attempted to solicit more work out of me and all for the same pay - (recorded on disk) by Dominic Carstensen.
Dominic Carstensen lost his license with a previous company. Dominic Carstensen does not like to pay for insurance, wages or legal workers. This is a very bad and fraudulent company.
