Satifaction guaranteed, 100% refund no questions asked if RingStop didn't eliminate ringing in ears (tinnitis). Tried product, it's worthless; asked for refund. Only agreed to refund $59.95 of original charge to credit card of $229.95, excuse given, "produce not returned in timely manner". Couldn't return used portion therefore no 100% refund. Had to try product to see if it worked, which it didn't and reported to company with request for refund. Promised to refund portion of charge. Promised to refund over 30 days ago...still no refund. This company doesn't honor its guarantees or its promises. They will guarantee and promise you everything, but once they get your money they deliver Nothing...agian Nothing.
