We bought a stop smoking program through tree house. It was not easy to follow and it tasted worse than smoking. We were only told we had to pay $19.90 for the trial, and if we ordered the next 3 month supply it would be $199.95.

Then they took our money out of our account and I had to fight to get a refund. The end of february we were told we would get a letter on when the money would come in. A few days later in March we got the letter saying that a check would be cut in the next 21 business days. After that time period was up I called and was informed that the checks would be cut on April 17th.

Now it is July 23rd and I called them today and was told that they "don't know" anything and that the checks are still going to come "we just don't know when."
