Treehouse Marketing ripoff, fraud, harrassing, unconscionable ripoff abused & mistreated by this business from hell Orem Utah

I spoke to the same really nice sales guy as the other girls. In fact, this guy told me if I didn't want to pay the entire $200 + dollars after a month, but I liked the product, that I should send it back and call up for another trial pack. I thought that was shady, but it gets much worse.

First, the compnay they used to deliver the product leaves the product with my apartment manager who signs for it, but has no obligation to let me know they have anything and UPS does not leave a notice that they left anything. So the product is delivered on December 13, 2002. I don't pick it up from the office until January 11, 2003.

So I call up and speak to a lovely girl, Charmaine. She actually helps me because I really do want to try this product out. Oh by the way, it was the Slim Patch they sell. So, with the apartment owners sending a letter and me sending a letter confirming that I didn't pick up the Slim Patches until January 11th my trial period was extended to February 11th. This was all nice and dandy.

After that, things fall apart. I decided that after giving it 30 days, I didn't notice any difference from it. So On February 11th I returned the other two month supply as directed. they received it on February 12, 2003. I called and spoke to Charmaine to make sure this was OK. She said YES.

Now, it on April 4, 2003 I receive a letter from a collection agency trying to collect on the account, saying I owe $230.01. I feel totally ripped off. It was darn near impossible to get these people to help me in the first place and now they are demanding money from me after confirming they received the returned product and that my account would be cleared.

Although Charmaine was very nice to me, eventually, and did work to help me. She mislead me and induced me into believing my account was clear. Now I have this Chris Hayes, manager with Monterey Collection Services calling and leaving intimidating and harrassing messages on my phone as if I have done some grave horrible thing.

I called back this afternoon and left a message that I absolutely refuse to pay anything to his company of Treehouse Marketing for a product I DON'T HAVE and returned weeks ago, COMPLETELY UNUSED.

Don't get suckered into buying this product. It doesn't work and these people are relentless and unprofessional.
