Treehouse Marketing ripoff unauthorized payments taken ripoff fraud business Orem Utah

Receiving a quit smoking product from treehouse marketing with a 30 day money back guarantee, I sent it back before the time due and discovered that they had already charged my credit card for an unauthorized additional charge of 399.98 USD.

I have tried dozens of times with no response. I had on 4 seperate occasions waited between 45 minutes and one time 1 1/2 hours until a customer service rep named SARA came on. Told her the scoop and sent all relevant information by fax with no reply. I have faxed, emailed and called while leaving messages as well for SARA, with still no response.(When I can get through).

Their customer service is absolutely attrotious and know that all reps are aware of the problems that have arisen and will not respond nor be professional.

I am still waiting and would like to file a report and claim to get all of my money back that is rightfully mine!!
