Trend Times is a front for a group of scam artists that live and work in Arizona. READ BELOW AND TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS...

1) Try to contact someone directly at Trend Times 888-456-5965 or 877-462-2972 to find out what is going on ***last time I tried to call these numbers the mailbox was full BUT KEEP TRYING***

3) When you placed your Trend Times order at 1-800-350-5420 your call and order was taken by a call center worker located in Newfoundland, Canada. Their company is called Telelink and their contact info is...

6) Contact your financial institution and request that they reverse the charges on your bank/credit card.

ONE FINAL THOUGHT... We tried to work directly with Trend Times to have our money refunded. The man who answers the phone sounds like a teenager but claims he is the manager. If you need to return an item (feel lucky that you even received one) he will ask you to commit fraud and lie to UPS so he will not have to pay UPS to return the item. He is rude and will hang up on you and make stupid comments like, "Stop calling and bothering me."

Well, we will stop calling if Trend Times will simply provide the service they claim to offer and refund people's money when they are legally obligated to do so.
