Trend Times Toy Store Shipped broken RC helicopter and refused to redund purchase price Don't Know Arizona

I ordered a RC helicopter from this company, which appears from its web site to be an on shore operation. I paid $316.00 for it. The helicopter was shipped directly from China, and arrived broken in many pieces. It was shipped in a plain cardboard box with no packing material at all.

When I called them to return it and get a refund, they told me they don't accept returns on RC helicopters but they would send me "replacement parts." This thing is broken in many pieces and I'm not a RC helicopter reparir person, and therefore responded that I'm not going to do repairs on something that arrived broekn. I talked with "Peter" who was incredibly rude and combative and basically told me to get lost.

My opinion is that this is a disreputable operation and I will never ever do business with them again. Buyer beware.
