Tres Amigos Warehouse Furniture didn't deliver paid item when promised by associate Pasadena, Texas

   I purchased mfg/stock number B7800, 5pcs bedroom set crown mark king mattress set euro top, from Tres Amigos Furniture Warehouse on 02/23/2010, paid it in full cash value of $1650. The sales associate guaranteed me that they would deliver the merchandise by Sunday 02/28/2010. By Friday, 02/26/2010 he calls me stating that the merchandise wasn't available in King size till Monday 03/01/2010 and said no later than Monday they would deliver it to my home between 4pm and 6pm, which then I agreed.

   When I called them on Monday at 5pm to find out the status of my delivery, they informed me that they hadn't received the merchandise and assured me that they would deliver it to me by Tuesday, 03/02/2010 between 4pm and 6pm, or they refund my money. So then I agreed that if my furniture wasn't delivered to my home by Tuesday evening then they would refund my money. Come Tuesday, they called to inform me that again they couldn't deliver my furniture because the Port of Houston was closed and were unable to get any furniture out of the bins they were sent from.

   So, then I went to the furniture store to get my refund and they refused to refund my money without the owner of the furniture store to approve of the refund. They insisted of me waiting till Wednesday to have my furniture delivered to me with a lamp as a gift. I told him that I didn't believe their promises anymore and I just wanted my refund, and they said that if they didn't deliver it by Wednesday between 4pm and 6pm then they would speak to the owner about being able to refund my money.
