Tresor Rare ,At the Venetian Las Vegas,  I'm so so frustrated that we spent so much money but CAN NOT return and NO REFUND. WORST shopping experience I've ever had in 8 years in US!! Las Vegas Nevada

 I'm so so frustrated that we spent so much money but CAN NOT return and NO REFUND. WORST shopping experience I've ever had in 8 years in US!!

1. My mom and me were walking by and brutally dragged into the store. The salesperson Givanni told us it's "grand opening" special, all 50% off. I should have suspected it, but who would have thought a luxury store in The Venetian would be running scams??!

2. We were pushed to purchase, and then totally/stupidly tempted into buying a lot of the products just because crazy amount of gifts.

3. Nobody mentioned anything about "No Refund" policy. UNTL after signed I noticed it. Right after we walked out, my mom didn't feel well about the part was applied their lifting product, and I was already skeptical, and we went back right away to return products ( nothing was touched) but here's where the crazy part began:

4. All the salesperson and manager already left. The other salesperson Andrew told us : it's possible to return with refund, but you can only talk with who sold it to you, because they have "secret code" in their system, to start return those discounted products. We have to wait till next day for the person to show up. NEVER heard anything like this ever before.

5. Then we waited for the manager(Leo) to return. Now it's getting even funnier. Leo gave us totally different answer from Andrew. He told us we have to call their "customer service" number, they will handle the case. There's nothing can be done in store. And there should be no refund. I was arguing this was just purchased, and he's in charge. But nothing helped. Leo even got somehow mocking my mom and implying my mom is lying about discomfort.

6. So now we are waiting to call customer service tomorrow. No need to mention, all our vacation mood was entirely ruined. My mom got so sad and it's her first ever Las Vegas experience, ran into such scam and lost lots money. Why store with such terrible reputation can keep running??? Why there's nobody did anything - report fraud, complain and etc??? No one should be treated and played like this. No one.
