Tresor Rare Venetian David B, Manager, Debi director of public relations 1-844-399-5244, Peleg sales representative I bought a product from Peleg and he said I could return it if I did not think is worked. The product is unopened and they will not return my money. Las Vegas Nevada

I bought a machine for my face from a sales rep named Peleg.  He is a great salesperson and said he is the owner of the company.  He also said, if I did not like the machine after using it, I could return it.  The next day, I brought it back unopened to David B the Manager and he said ok to the return.  He asked why am I returning it and I said it cost too much.  He went on the computer and put in a refund and under "Reason:" he wrote Credit Card overdraft.  I do not have a credit card overdraft.  He gave me a receipt showing "Reason: Credit Card Overdraft".

David B, Manager said the machine has to be returned to a store in Orance County, Calif.  David B. said that is the company policy and he did not fully understand why.  He said customer service would call me in a day or two to finalize the return.

After a week, no calls.  I called, left messages, sent emails and spoke with David B who said I must speak with Debi. She finally called me back and said there are no refunds.  She said the owners have my name and number and they may or may not call me but there is nothing she can do.  

There is no store in Orange County or in California.  There is no one to talk to other than Debi and David B.  Debi said she will not give me contact information for the owners, she said David B. has not returned her calls so she can find out what happened.  She does not want the receipt that shows "Reson: Credit Card Overdraft".   When I said two of your employees told me I could return the machine for a refund, she said why did I listen to the employees..  Peleg said he was the owner and David B. is the manager.  Who does she want me to listen too.

So sorry for how you were given the run around. As you wrote, "Debi said she will not give me contact information for the owners." She would not give me the surnames of the owners or sales reps. What kind of company is this? Customer Service is really there to support the merchant and stomp on the customer. Virginia, trust pilot, Stephanie, trust pilot, now Debbie at Corporate headquarters, all tell you that each of the locations are independently owned, and each of the 12 stores in the USA have their own refund policy. The truth is that they know that all the stores have a NO REFUND policy. Can you see the no refund sign in the photo? The black sign hidden on the black counter front. I asked for the name of one store with a refund policy. Silence. I called to speak with David for a refund of unopened products, and was told that he was at your Las Vegas store. Then Giovanni who answered the phone began to accuse me and twist things I said, and told me I was bull s***. Debbie is going to call the store/Giovanni to see what she can get the refund. So far it has been smoke and mirrors.
