On 2-23-09 Trey Miller tried to rent a space we have for lease listed in Craigslist located on Brazos St in Austin . He had the ATT phone company hook up the telephones. He showed up to sign the lease but forgot his checkbook. We refused him the keys. A week past and we tried to reach him but his Appendix had Suddenly burst!.. so.. we spoke with him 3 days after the sudden health issue, and he was just fine he said.. but said he had been out of town. Lots of talk about his Accountant was not in and he could not get us the check. I knew immediately is about him trying to scam a funding by usingn our address. He then posted a web site for Miller Land Development Inc and shows our unit available as his address on that site. He is not there.
He said he was moving his offices from Houston to Austin.
He stopped taking our calls asking for rent.
After reading his reports... its no wonder he has so many frequent flyer miles. his reports are everywhere...Looks like he flies all over the country all the time ..

You'll find several reports about Trey (Shirod) Miller in other sections of this site. He was my "tenant" for a couple of weeks..but, he had his new boyfriend write a check to me and then he didn't put the money into his friend's account. The check for almost $8,000 bounced, of course. He is a dangerous con man. He called me with ridiculous excuses. He is a phony and a liar. He pretends to work for Trump and for Turner Construction. He's a name dropper extraordinaire! He has his phone programmed to show that Donald is calling him...and Ivana, etc. Sometimes it says that he's getting a call from "parent's plane". He pretends he is filthy rich and from Palm Beach, Fla. BEWARE!
