Tri Cities Financial supposedly has an office at 333 City Blvd, w Orange, Ca. We were contacted by them via fax to finance equipment for our trucking company. We started paperwork with them and were in constant contact with Shane Carwin. They wanted $1,600. to start the paperwork which we sent a company check. The check was cashed on 3-2-12. When we could no longer reach Shane by phone or email like before, we became concerned and checked them out online. There are reports and complaints from many others at the Better Business Bureau, Scam.com and several other scam sites. We immediately stopped payment on the check online and contacted our bank. Thankfully we were saved by others who have reported these scammers at Tri Cities Financial. They also have some affiliation with Texas Rangers, Inc. who also have the same mailing address. Do not do business with Tri-Cities Financial. They take your money and disappear. This has been a lesson for us that we wish to pass on so no one else falls for this trick.
