I started working at TRI thinking that I would be able to make better money after my privous job before. I was contacted via email by one of the managers for an interview, I became excited, I couldn't believe how fast someone contacted me after only 9 days from working at my previous place of emplyoyment. I was told that I would be working full time, but in all actuallity, it's more like full time if you so happen to get leads in the morning, which is a tedious task because, unless you could find a seat with the better system that performs quicker and more efficiently, you will be stuck at "home and auto" which operates with a incredibly slow system which ultimately means most of the time spent is on waiting for the phone the next call, thus, not having enough calls to generate 3 leads in the morning, which you need to have or otherwise you would be asked to go home. I wasn't told that bit of information by the way. I also didn't know that after the 1st week of training, the 12$ hourly deal is gone and reduced to 9$. I worked that whole first 3 weeks until payday to receive the most dissapointing check i've ever receieved in along time. I feel like I was lied to, baited with this ideal of a better paying job so that I can pay rent. I now have little to no money at all most of the working week, I currently stay with parents and could barely pay them rent as well, which puts a strain on them as well. This poor decision I've made agreeing to work here isn't anything I would agree too, had I known about how it really was going to be. I've been essentially broke every since and I regret to this day of missing a real oportunity for a better job over this one. I was lied to and I am now stuck with unprofessional managers who can't convey how pay works here.

My first day working here started off with 2 guys fighting and me discovering how incredibly questionable the bathroom is. Imagine having to go to the bathroom and noticing black smearings on the wall around you and then having someone a month later tell you what it was, aparently it was the burn remains of someones "foilies/herion" use. I am still employed here and everyday is depressing. I was lied to, the gave me the bait and I took it. Stay away from anything TRI.
