Tri Star Flooring LLC Brand new floor installation and buckling Parsippany New Jersey

Tri Star Flooring LLC of parsippany nj installed my floors in 2016 6 months later there were major gaps in 60 percent of the floor buckling and the wood was splitting in certain areas so I called crieg from tri Star Flooring LLC to repot the problem. He came out and he said it was normal that the wood would go back together and for me to spend my own money and put in a humidifier in my heating system.

I then got angry and asked him if this would be acceptable in his own home. He did not reply but just kept saying about the humidifier so I waited to see if it would go back together and it didn’t so I installed a humidifier in my heating system and that didn’t work either.

I called 4 companies to try and fix my floor and they all said it’s beyond repair it wasn’t installed properly. It has to come up and be redone at the cost between $10000-15000, so I contacted the main company through email and no response. Do not use this company they are scammers.
