Indiana American Water, also known as American Water, supplies my water. They are at amwater.com/. My estimated bill for February 2014 was three times my previous bill. I called them and they said the bill is based on average water usage for my area. That is stupid. They must base their estimated meter reading on my personal water usage not the AREA. I placed a complaint with the BBB in Evansville.
The BBB in Evansville has two companies by that name. All complaints are placed with one American Water Company that deals with electricity and it gets an F rating. The other American Water Company that deals with water gets an A+ rating. Is the BBB of Evansville trying to pull the wool over our eyes? Does American Water pay BBB to keep their A+ rating?
