I had my roof replaced about 18 months ago by Tri-State Roofing of Salisbury, MA. When arriving to do the estimate we looked at the existing drip edge and it's improper installation. It was not doing what it's supposed to do and keep water away form the facia boards. A note was made on the estimate about this. I spoke to two representitives of Tri-State specifically about it being replaced. They assured me it would be replaced.
Well it was not replaced, and if it was, as Tri-State claims, it was installed incorrectly again. The bottom line is it was extremely poor workmanship.
I repeatedly called the owner, William Eaton, for nearly 12 months, went to the BBB, contacted lawyers, sent reports, photos, even contacted GAF.
William Eaton says it is fine, and I was wasting his time on such a frivolus issue. He is unwilling to correct his mistake.
