Bottom line is this dealership has a great reputation for helping people in need of a vehicle and the truth of the matter is some people are just never satisfied. We’ve gone out of our way to help put individuals in safe and dependable cars this complaint is complete slander and Miss Sanders is lucky that she hasn’t been sued. In fact what she did was was fraudulent and deceptive from the beginning... she had a vehicle that she never signed paperwork on for over 6 months when she brought the car back it had scratches and dings and was certainly not in the condition it was loaned to her... her deal involved an insurance claim on a previous vehicle she had which is the only reason she was given time for her down payment once the insurance company released the funds that she was to use for her down payment Miss Sanders spent it and never brought the money back in to complete her deal. I used to enjoy the car business but it’s customers like her and maybe a handful of others that quickly changed my mind. With all of that being said you Miss Sanders are a con artist and nothing good will come of it. If and when you do decide to sue someone please expect a counter suit and as I said before as a friend giving you advice you should file bankruptcy to clear those other debts you have I understand owing people can put you in a real bind and I just didn’t want to see that happen to you.

Miss sanders was informed that the business couldn’t find a Lexus in her price range. She’s said that’s fine she would just take the car that tri state gave her to drive and she would come to the dealership with her down payment of $2500 & sign the paperwork and that would wrap up the deal. Well that didn’t happen after 30 days no car, no mrs sanders, no down payment, no deal with the bank. Because the deal expired after 30 days, so after sanders was sent a lot of text messages from employees from tri state that went unanswered by the sanders. I called miss sanders and told her to come sign. I got her approved again because the old deal expired and bring the down payment or I would be taking the car. Sanders said she would come in the following week. Still no miss sanders. So I pull her file and went to her house that was on her Application. When I pulled up to the address the car in question was sitting in the driveway. So I approached the house and made contact with sanders. I asked what happened to meeting the requirements she told me she didn’t have all of the down payment that why she didn’t do what was needed to close the deal.

So I informed her that I was there to get the car. Mr and mrs sanders begged me not to take the car. I informed them that I just want to close deal and if the sign the new deal they could work out a payment plan on the down paymant. They would have to sign tonight. That same night mr & mrs came dealership to sign the papers. I sent the sign deal to the bank and the said will call the sanders to get remaining verification to close the deal. Bank called me and informed me sanders deal was being sent back because they couldn’t verify her previous 2 year employment for 2015 she didn’t work there at that time. The bank said sanders work at the previous job list on application in 2012 and her information was not accurate so they was sending the deal back. I informed mrs sanders and told her. So I called the bank beg them to take the deal because she was at her current job for 2 years so her previous employment was not required. So the bank approved her once again but was offering to give us way less for the car. Tri state didn’t agree. All this was done in like 4mth time frame and mrs sanders had the car the whole time. What I don’t understand is why customers lie when the know there wrong. Smh who takes 4 months to close a car deal? I guess the only way I would be right is if we give the cars away

 Please Please to to the bmv in seven hills and spoke with Investigator David Wood. They need everyone to come forward on these guys, they already know about them. There can be a class action on them. Look them up on clerk if courts.
