Tria Beauty Irreversible damage on my face due to Tria Beauty Dublin, California

Throughly re-searched all criteria including consults with two physicians and met all. Now, I'm left with hypopigmented spots on my face from laser.
I  researched the tria laser acne and hair removal 4x IPL home treatments as I have suffered from painful acne for years. I met all the criteria on their website but was still overly cautious and sought out a plastic surgeon and a dermatologist both to get their opinions on this product and on my meeting the criteria to use is (skin color and hair color). Both physicians said that i was a perfect candidate and met the criteria tria set forth to use the lasers.  

I purchased both by credit card around the holiday season on 2014. I read the instructions to both thoroughly and started using the acne laser immediately. I was pleased to find that the hair removal laser even has a safety feature built into it that won't allow the laser to work if you are of the wrong skin pigmentation. I followed the instructions exactly and seems to be getting some promising results. About 2-3 months after starting the treatments my boyfriend asked me about a couple white spots on my forehead. I didn't think anything of it at the time until going to my dermatologist appointment later in the week and the spots had gotten worse and were now all over my face and the dermatologist showed concern. She tested me for different fungal infections and topical issues. all were negative. I came back the next day with everything I used on my face including the Tria lasers. The moment the dermatologist saw the laser she said that was what had caused my hypo pigmented spots on my face.  

I contacted Tria immediately to discuss but they refused to take responsibility for the damage. Making any and every excuse as to why it was me and not their products. At this time they had no contraindications listed, not sure if they do now. Not even any indication that this could happen or I would have never used these products!!! I am now forced to pay for multiple treatments in the hopes that this damage to my face can be fixed. I looked to Tria to be a company that would help with something I've struggled with for my entire life and instead they have added more troubles and suffering.
