We purchased our 2006 gmc sierra in july of 2005, and from then on we have had nothing but trouble from Triad financial. the customer service reps are rude and very nasty towards there customers.. for example with the rep by the name of tony, she was the rudest of them all asking my husband why i dont have a job and how come we can afford a lawyer but we cant afford our truck payments, that is none of their business for one and two they called my husbands place of employment ( which they are not allowed to do) and got rude and nasty with his bosses wife.. this company needs to be shut down how they are even still in business i will never know.. they have no sense to understand when someone says we are struggling to pay the payments because work is slow ( my husband drives a truck locally) or i have lost my job they dont give a XXXX.. our truck payments are $667.99 @ 16.9% intrest (that is ridiculous) we are currently late (30 days) and they are getting ruder by the day, they call even after payment arrangements have been made, they have called us 8 times in one day before.. they want to repo the truck in stead of working with us.. we also got their so called extension ( what a crock of sh*t) that did us no good all they did was tack on more misc. fees and late charges.. this company is out to rip people off.. as i read all the other reports people have made about this company i feel so bad that we all fell victim to their truly evil plot.. lets all stand together and keep complaining in hopes that soon we will be at ease and have justice finally served on this purely evil company.. i am calling the attorney general of florida and california in the morning to state my case, we also have contacted a lawyer i have printed out all 207 reports on this company so that the lawyer can look at it and see whats being done to inoccent people who work hard for what they and for what to be screwed by this crap hole company (traid financial) thanks for listening.. count us in on the law suit !!!

when 'government bailout' wasn't even a fleeting glance. And the bailout is because of issues just like this that the government demanded these people loan to those who really couldn't afford it to begin with.

You have got to be kidding me with your comment "QUIT WHINING"!! I quess it's ok to bail the car industry,the banking industry, and people behind on their mortgage payments? Triad Fin. is a predatory lender and should work with people on these horrible loans just like Government is doing with everybody else. But that's ok we'll just quit whining. Please have something intelligent to say before posting from your little mind.

Sorry to seem harsh but...quit whining about the payments because you signed up for them. Take a little responsability for Heaven's sake. If you make your payments on time there is no problem. I too was a TRIAD customer because of mistakes I had made with credit due to not being responsIble.
My car was also repoed. Yes there was a time that I blamed them. I came to realize that it was my own fault. Yes they are nasty. If this was you personal money that you had lent, and were owed by people that needed to borrow from you because you were the last resort would you be Mr. nice guy?? Sure my dear...pay when you can. Is that what you expect...WHATEVER. QUIT WHINING AND TAKE SOME OWNERSHIP!
