Triad Financial - Roadloans Lied, Said I would be OK after payment but still Repoed 2 days later North Richland Hills Texas

I spoke with a Mr. Pointer with Triad Financial about being past due on payments. I said I would make a payment today (Nov 28) and asked if I would be OK and he said as long as I made a payment on Dec 3 (which was agree on) I would be OK. He flat out lied!

Dec 1 at 8:00 pm a nice guy came to repo my van.
I called Triad financial and they told me in Mr. Pointers notes he says he told me that he couldn't stop it the repossession.

If I would have known this I could have borrowed the money and avoided a $400 repo fee.
Now I have to borrow $1241. instead of $289 which was going to be paid on the 3rd.

Yes, I was behind but have they watch the news lately? Lost my job and I was just getting back on my feet again.

Now the money I was going to spend on our 10 year old son for Christmas will have to go towards the repo fee.
