My report isn't going to be really long, but you will get the point.

Triangle Real Estate Services has now changed their name to Ardent Properties b/c of all of the bad comments it has recieved. When I lived there over a year ago I thought that the place was great. Yeah the walls and floors were thin and the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were cheap, but I was naive. Being able to hear your neighbors do everything became terrible, especially when the ones below us got a puppy. True it was cute, but it liked to bark, alot and at all hours of the day and night. Then when my roommate and I would try to have some friends over to hang out, our neighbors would call the cops on us, instead of coming over to ask us to turn the music down. We weren't trying to wake anyone up or disturb them. It was just really hard to regulate noise in those apts b/c you could hear everything. Then, 9 months into the lease my roommate had to move out. She continued to pay rent but didn't live there. When I moved out after our 14 month lease was up, it took another 3 weeks to find out that one month we had paid too much rent. I had been told by my roommate that she wasn't paying, so I paid the rent in full. Well, she decided to pay, and the management office never informed me that we had paid more than what was needed. Then we couldn't get it back. They (meaning the management) wouldn't return my calls. They wouldn't let me be with them on their walk through of the apt so that I knew what I was paying for. They said that it was "against their policy." Well I don't give a fly f*** what their policy is or was, if a leasee wants to be there for the walk through they have every legal right to be there.
When I came to live at my new apt. (I rent from Banner Apartment now and I love them) one of the managers here was also having trouble with Triangle and was taking them to court. We then found out that it was useless to logde a complaint against them witht the Better Buiseness Buruea b/c they weren't registered there. Well, it is now a little over a year later, and I hadn't given them much thought, until I went to a friend's apt for a party. It was the same bull s**t apt but as a townhome. Then I find out that they have switched names so that people won't know that it is them. They have almost perfected the ways of being shady and tricky.
So, DON'T RENT FROM THEM AND DON'T LET FRIENDS OR FAMILY EITHER!!!!
