Tribute Mastercard Due by date. Irrelevant ripoff Newark New Jersey

It seems that every time that I send in a payment to arrive on the "DUE BY DATE" that it never gets processed and credited to my account in a timely manner. I have the electronic receipt from the bank stating that the payment was delivered on the due date (Payment check # 92677490 was sent to Tribute on 06/28/2007 and delivered on 07/03/2007), however when I check my account a few days after the delivery date I find I now have a late charge and my payment is still not posted (7/7/07).

I contact TRIBUTE and they then post the payment dated on the date that they opened my email (7/9/07) and now refuse to credit back the late fee. I'm going to fight this all the way to the NJ State Banking Commission if need be and any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

They are not going to get away with this if I can help it I work too hard for my money.

Stay away from these rip-offs there's nothing much worse than false late fees, unless of course they have a different definition for the phrase "DUE BY DATE" than the rest of the world.
