I ordered the trial not knowing that you had two weeks to return it, which it does not describe when you fill out information and give them your credit card information for your trial product. It does not mention anywhere the terms and conditions unless you comb through each web page and even then it is hard to find.

They do not list where you can send the product back, the customer service line was impossible to get through even at 6 am in the morning, so they don't want to help you. The customer service guy was rude and said he would send an email with instructions which he never sent. I sent about 5 emails with no response. The customer service guy was rude and defensive, which to me says stay away from this company the are a bunch of scam artist.

I filled a complaint with the BBB on this company. I'm still trying to get through and return this garbage before they try to charge me 70.00, because in reading these reports they will try to do this. Don't buy anything from triclear it's a scam.

Filed a complaint with the BBB at http://www.goldengatebbb.org/. Lets stop this company from continual charges on credits cards.

The product is something everyone can get at a drugstore read the ingredients list, there is nothing special in this. Neutrogena would be better- READ THE INGREDIENTS! Don't buy it.

Triclear fraudulant, deceptive, rude customer service file complaints to anyone and everyone !!!

Triclear took many months to respond here, they only responded after I sent a complaint to BBB. They lied in their emails, they are lying in their rebuttal, they never send you any information on time so that you won't be charged the 70.00.

I called and called and called the customer service was rude got very defensive and that says to me that they know they are scam and take peoples money for a terrible product. The product is something you can buy for 10.00 at the drug store- DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

FILE COMPLAINTS TO WHO EVER WILL TAKE THE COMPLAINTS. Even if BBB is paid off at least they will have the complaints for the public to see. Cancel you credit card to make sure they can not charge any more fraudulant charges because they will. Have the credit card company issue you a new card.

Dear Marie,

When a free trial of TriClear is ordered, we offer 2 weeks (after delivery) to decide whether the customer would like to keep the order before accounts are billed. If during the 2 week trial period it is decided not to continue with TriClear the customer would need to contact us via our toll free number or the internet to cancel the subscription. This information is explained in the Terms and Conditions which are outlined at the time of order placement. We also have a check box that must be filled out stating the customer had read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the order could be processed.

Please contact our customer service department to cancel your subscription and return the product for a refund.
