I had gutters installed at my home in Coral Springs about six weeks ago. The install was poor and I now have a waterfall in the back corner of the patio. I contacted Kevin (from TriCounty Gutters) multiple times and he always said he would get to it next week. After a few weeks, he stopped returning my phone calls. I called their operator and let her know the situation, still no call from Kevin or anyone else at the company interested in resolving the problem. There are many similar complaints on the BBB site regarding poor installation with refusal of the company to come out and fix the problems. Buyer beware of this company. They will install the gutters, cash your check and if there is a problem they won't return your phone calls. This is terrible customer service.

I too was wronged by this company owned by Manuel Romero. It turns out he operates under several company names all over the state, Broward, dade, palm beach, Martin and st lucie counties. Tri county gutter, gutters direct,a seamless gutter, house of gutters and downspouts, tropical gutters I, II and III, rainbow gutters, the list probably goes on and on, but I am done! I have to put on my big girl pants and move on, these scam guys just change names and move on and never get caught! If they would thumb print him maybe some correlation could be made to all the aliases
