Trident Asset Management, LLC Falsely Reporting to Credit Bureaus Atlanta Georgia

 I recently pulled my credit report to see what all was on it and to my suprise I seen that Trident Asset Management LLC has reported somthing from Columbia House for 58.00.  For number one Columbia House is no longer even in business so i called them in reguards to this and they told me it was something from 2005.  When i asked what they said it was where i joined a membership, which i didn't, and that I owed the 55.00 for terminating the contract.  As i was questioning the information being back from 2005 and that it should not be on my credit in the first place because they are only lawfully allowed to report to your credit for 7 years from the FIRST 30 day deliquency, and for number 2 I had never had a memebership with Columbia House in the first place, I was told by MIA that "Bottom line I will note your account that you are a person who gets off on not paying your bills, thanks and have a good day" and hung up on me. I then called back and that is when I actually got her name becuase the first phone call I had asked her name 5 times and she refused to give it to me, asking to speak to a supervisor and she told me that there was nobody else that could talk to me and that she had already told me that i owe 58.00 and hung up on me again.  I am at a loss with this.  Any suggestions to what i need to do to get this removed off of my credit becuase clearly they have no documentation to back this up and I can't get anywhere over the phone.  I was literally treated like CRAP like a CRIMINAL when in all actuallity they are the ones breaking the law!!!!!!
