Trident Pontoons, aka Trident Florida Trading Company, Trident Florida Trading Company LLC, Trident Florida Trading Company L.L.C., Robert H. Cunningham, aka Robbie Cunningham, and a possible slew of other derivatives was given $80,000.00 in March 2006 to build a glass bottom boat for my company to be delivered in October of 2006. As of this date November 27th, 2007 and two court dates so far I have not recieved either a boat or any money back. Because I am in the tourism business I spent almost $250,000.00 promoting this venture. In talking to other boat builders around the state and others that were ripped off by this con, I conclude that I will probably never receive a dime even when I pursue my lawsuit that has been changed in venue to Lake County in Florida. I am only writing this so that others may not lose as I have. This has been a heartbreaking experience as well a close call to financial ruin in December of 2006. I am back on track now but I would like to warn others to steer clear of this company if you need a tour boat built.

No luck so far as to receiving any payment of the $80,000.00 that Robbie Cunningham aka Robert H. Cunningham aka Robert Cunningham. Since he is an LLC he hides behind that and his house is in his wifes name. I heard he bought out his partner and never paid him a dime also. In talking to several boat manufacturers of pontoon tour boats he is the scourge of the industry. I even heard a story of some welders he bought personally and when the company came to collect he told them to talk to someone with the company of which he is the owner. Robbie Cunningham has a lot of nerve and is should be in jail for his past actions.

I have decided to give up on the lawsuit concerning Robbie Cunningham with Trident Florida Trading Company LLC because attorneys will cost to much. Beware of this company also may be known as Florida Trading Company LLC, Robbie Cunningham, Robert Cunningham, Robert H. Cunningham, and now he may be using Florida Trading Company International. He is based in Tavares, Florida. I certainly hope he can't change the name of the city he does business in in.
