Father passed away recently and found a check receipt for a $5000 deposit on a $7200 trike kit for a motorcycle. The check had been deposited and he was supposed to pick up the trike kit the weekend he passed away. Friends of my father contacted the owner at Trikes Trailers and Accessories, A Division of McMullen Enterprises L.L.C.,and explained the situation. Owner said no money was involved and he would have no problem in selling it. I then found the check receipt for $5000 and contacted the owner. Owner said he could not give me the deposit back and it could take him 1-2 years to sell this particular kit. The kit is on a waiting list of at least a month to purchase and he would not have a problem selling it. His actions are borderline fraud in not being truthful to my father's friends the first time they spoke to him and for having a deposit of $5000 on a $7200 item. Recently contacted the owner again and wanted to see about purchasing the kit and selling it myself.
Owner informed me that he had sold the kit and would not give me the deposit back. This is to inform other people and I hope other people are not victims of this company and their unethical business practices.

To whom it may concern:
Most of what the author stated was false but to the point of who owes whom, I feel that some of the monies that his late Father gave our company needs and will be returned to the family but not under the threat of "I work at a lawyer office and I am going to ruin you and your company" or "it's my money now and you will give it all to me" etc, a day after he buried his Father. I tried to explain my standing with his late Father but all he demand was his Father's money back. After I told him that I will send the money to the State probate court that is handling his case he hung up the phone and then authored the letter on this web site. If he wishes for any settlement then he will need to contact me in a non threathen way and the case will be settled in a professional way.
