This company has been making unauthorized charges to my credit card for months. I never contacted them, was never contacted by them, and did not enroll for a membership. I have no idea how they got my name and credit card information.

When I called them this morning, they asked for my Membership number and I told them I was not a member, never was, and wanted to be removed from their account immediately. I have no idea how long they have been charging to my account.

Their customer service reps are rude and devious. They tried offering credits on a purchase from them, tried turning my words around when I told them to stop this immediately and they speak very fast so it is hard to understand them. BE VERY CAREFUL AND LISTEN TO EVERYTHING THEY SAY. IF YOU DIDN'T UNDERSTAND, ASK THEM TO REPEAT, BECAUSE THEY ARE SNEAKY.
